Harnessing our proprietary freeze-drying technology, we preserve all the nutrients in each bird’s nest cube, allowing our friends the assurance of quality home-cooked bird’s nest in every mouthful of NestCube they consume.

90°C is the temperature we’ve discovered that will give you the perfect consistency.
