The bird’s nests that go into every NestBloom’s product are ethically sourced and hand-harvested from our natural farm in Kalimantan, Indonesia. We carefully nurtured the bird’s nests, selecting the best ones only after they have been abandoned by the flock. There is no longer any confusion about grades, colours, shapes and sizes.

100% Manual Preparation Process without Chemicals

Every step of the preparation process is done by hand, including cleaning of bird’s nests and creation of flower forms. The hand-harvested bird’s nests are manually cleaned using only purified water to preserve their natural integrity and shape. They are then soaked overnight to fully plump them prior to being cooked utilising a traditional ‘double boiling’ method for one hour to achieve the perfect quality and texture for consumption. After undergoing rounds of stringent quality checks, the dried bird’s nests are delivered to our production facility in Singapore. From beginning to end, all our products are free of any additives or chemicals.

Each flavour is crafted into a unique flower through an ingenious handcrafting process and then freeze-dried to ensure that every Bloom is preserved perfectly. Each journey of creation takes 48 hours. Every Bloom is a work of art.

Bird's nest is meticulously scrutinised to ensure the quality of its texture.

30g of double-boiled bird's nest is carefully combined with our signature almond milk/natual rock sugar base.

STEP 3

Each flavour is crafted into a unique flower using a proprietary process that ensures that every Bloom is sculpted perfectly.

STEP 4

Each Bloom is freeze-dried to extract all of its water content while retaining 99% of its nutrients and vitamins without any addition of preservatives. The nutritional beauty-enhancing goodness of each Bloom remains intact.

Each Bloom is freeze-dried using NestBloom’s patented technology to extract all its water content while retaining 99% of its nutrients and vitamins naturally. This is the key to keeping all of our products free from artificial preservatives or additives. The Bloom mixture undergoes a meticulous 50-hour freeze-drying process, gently removing moisture while safeguarding all of its nutritional goodness. This patented food science also ensures that the perfectly sculpted form of each Bloom is preserved.

Chrysanthemums are also one of the most common flowers in the Chinese heritage and are symbolic of autumn and of the ninth lunar month. The Chinese word for chrysanthemum is similar to jū, which means "to remain" and jiǔ which means "long time." Therefore, chrysanthemums symbolize longevity, and are often gifted to elderly people to symbolize a strong life.
